Our website and email delivery are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

When you visit a page, your IP address, the requested page, the time and information about your browser and operating system are transmitted to the hosting provider. This is necessary to deliver and operate the website securely. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is an accessible, functioning website protected against misuse.

We do not use analytics or marketing tools on the public pages. Images, styling and scripts are served from our website. Your language choice is not saved persistently in your browser. External sources are only opened when you follow their links; their providers' privacy information then applies.

If you email or call us, we process your contact details and enquiry to respond. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to enquiries about a potential contract. For other enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies; our legitimate interest is responding to incoming questions.

Providing your details is voluntary. Without a way to contact you, we may be unable to respond. Emails are processed through our hosting provider. We delete correspondence once the matter is resolved, unless statutory retention requirements or establishing or defending legal claims require further retention.

If you sign up, we will email you about the HUXVAL launch, product news and early access. We process your email address, language and optional flavour interests for this purpose. To record your consent, we also store the consent wording and registration and confirmation timestamps. The basis is your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can use the website and planner without signing up.

Confirming and unsubscribing

After signing up, you receive an email with a confirmation link valid for 24 hours. Registration only becomes active when you confirm. Unconfirmed or failed registrations are deleted after expiry on the next form access or automated processing run.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in your confirmation email or our mailings, or by writing to info@huxval.com. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Your registration is deleted from the active list, and the associated email address is removed from the sending history. Otherwise, confirmed registrations are retained until withdrawal or until the information service ends.

Delivery, protection and storage

The data is processed by our hosting provider. No external newsletter service is connected. We record whether and when a message to your address was handed over for sending. We do not track opens or clicks.

To prevent automated sign-ups, identifiers derived from IP and email addresses are processed for temporary sending limits. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is protecting the form and recipients against misuse. Identifiers with a time window older than 24 hours are deleted on the next form access.

Unsubscribing does not immediately erase every backup. Our own application backups are deleted during a backup run once they are older than 14 days. If that run is interrupted, cleanup takes place on the next run. Copies in emails and exported address lists are cleaned up separately unless statutory retention duties apply.

Your body measurements, goals, dietary preferences and progress entries are processed in your browser's memory to create your plan. The planner does not transmit these inputs to HUXVAL or an external calculation service, or save them in cookies or persistent browser storage.

Reloading or closing the page means your history is no longer available in the planner. You can first download it yourself as a progress file (JSON). When you reopen that file, the planner reads it on your device without uploading it. PDFs containing your plan are also created and downloaded on your device.

Downloaded files remain until you delete them. They may contain personal information: keep them protected and share them deliberately. Visiting the planner and loading its recipe data separately involves the technical access data described under Website and hosting.

Your full-period plan and weekly shopping lists are created on your device. An optional name appears in the plan and, only if you choose, in the filename. It is never included in links or QR codes.

Subject to statutory requirements, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time for future processing.

Right to object: Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you can object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You can object to processing for direct marketing at any time.

Write to info@huxval.com. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in your place of residence, workplace or the place of an alleged infringement.
